Driver Appointment Information

General Appointment information & TWIC information
Balzano Terminal

Once the vessel is fully discharged and cargo is customs and line released you can begin picking up your material with DRS.

You or your dispatcher MUST CALL DRS by 3pm for next day appointments.

Appointments are for the day, but the day itself is first come first serve. If your driver misses their pick-up, it does not automatically roll-over, dispatch must call again before 3pm for the next day. Trucks can check in from 8am-3:30pm (12pm-1pm lunch break).

The driver’s paperwork can be sent to Balzanowindow@southjerseyport.com, or they can have the paperwork in hand.

This is the release form (delivery order) for their load. If you send via email, their name MUST be on it to ensure we are giving the correct paperwork to the correct driver.

Release forms (broker delivery orders) must list the vessel name, BOL, size, and amount of material being picked up. If you have any questions, please contact DRS to ensure correct information is on release.

If your material goes into storage, SJPC will handle the pick-up appointments. The material location , appointment procedure, and driver check in will not change, only your appointment contact.

Once SJPC begins taking appointments, your trucks can check in from 8am-3:30pm (12pm-1pm lunch break).

You can email SJPC to make appointments.
