Johnathan Gershen

Jonathan S. Gershen operates several real estate management and service firms with responsibility for a broad array of asset types throughout New Jersey and Delaware. His responsibility includes developing organizational strategies for Affordable and Market Rate Apartment Communities, Community Associations, Retail and Office for assets. He directs each of the firm’s compliance efforts with Government Agencies including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as several State and local government entities.

He was appointed to the Port Corporation Board in 2002 to represent Mercer County.

A graduate from Brandeis University, Mr. Gershen received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and has been admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey.
