Robert Anthony DeAngelo, Sr. was appointed to the SJPC Board in 2008, to represent the City of Paulsboro.

Currently a construction official for Greenwich Township, DeAngelo owned a plumbing, heating and air conditioning business in Clarksboro for almost 30 years. He is presently the chairman of the Gloucester County Construction Board of Appeals.

In addition, DeAngleo served as a construction official in West Deptford and a zoning and housing official in Paulsboro.
